Why doesn't the remote control work?
Make sure pillow is turned on, remove the clear protective film in battery catridge of the remote control, and point the remote directly towards to the pillow.
Why I only feel vibration ?
Short press power button to choose mode after turn it on.

Why I could not feel the kneading ?
